Designer/Owner Rebecca Yudice opened R&R Design Studio LLC in San Diego in 1988 to focus on working with clients, architects and builders to create turnkey projects from the ground up. R&R’s comprehensive design approach was so popular with clients that Rebecca opened a second office in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2000.

Specializing in full turnkey residential and commercial interior-design projects, R&R Design Studio is known throughout the industry for its comprehensive approach, where strong, efficient project management works hand in hand with the creative elements of every undertaking.

REBECCA YUDICE Owner/Designer
Rebecca has been working in the interior-design industry for more than two decades. Prior to opening R&R, she worked for Sue Asher Design Associates and Decorium 21, both in San Diego County. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Rebecca is a Certified Green Building Professional, working on sustainable projects throughout the Bay Area. She is also on the board of directors of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Past projects run from spec development to residential and office remodels to restaurants. Rebecca’s work has been featured in publications including Sound & Image, San Diego Home & Garden and numerous California newspapers. LAUREN SCHROEDER Senior Designer/AutoCAD Department Head
Originally from South Carolina, Lauren built on her lifelong passion for design with degrees in both marketing and interior design. She prides herself on creating warm and inviting interiors where the client feels comfortable and at home. Lauren oversees R&R’s AutoCAD and drawing department, where she prepares visual aids for clients and information for contractors to take a project from start to completion.

LAUREN DAVIS Designer/CAD Department
Holds a BA in Interior Design from California State University Sacramento, and is a Certified Green Building Professional. Born and raised in Northern California, she developed her love of design at an early age studying art and traveling abroad to Florence, Italy. Lauren is a strong assent to the R&R team, with her "can do" attitude she contributes at all stages of the design process; providing excellent presentation skills, CAD drafting, and a trained eye for design development.

JOVITA DILLARD Project Manager/Specifier
Her creative journey began as seamstress from an early age. Jovita's skill in textiles evolved around her love of home improvements and construction. She built her reputation as a soft goods designer in a large manufacturing firm in San Diego. Her innate talent in R&R is appreciated by the many people who have worked with her especially sub-contractors and clients.

LAUREN HAUPTMAN Director of Marketing Communications
Our resident misplaced New Yorker, Lauren handles editorial and design for R&R’s marketing communications, including our website and collateral materials. Through Lauren Hauptman Ink (www.laurenhauptmanink.com), she brings nearly two decades of publishing and marketing-communications experience to our team.

RACHEL BURNETT Office Manager
With a wealth of experience as a project manager, Rachel handles all administration and oversees all inside processes for R&R. She is a Bay Area native known for her attention to detail and her superb customer-service skills.

EUNICE D'ALBA Furniture Manufacturer/Designer, Owner Vida Luxe

Eunice is a talented and driven internationally recognized furniture manufacturer. After growing up with furniture manufacturing as the family business, Eunice started her own company 9 years ago. Vida Luxe has found great success in the hospitality markets of the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Her company can create anything imaginable, and as designers, serving our clients with this level of design and quality control is priceless for the flawless outcome it brings to projects. Eunice brings yet another unique value to R&R partnering with us on a sustainable furniture line, and acting as liaison with international markets speaking fluently in Spanish, English and Italian.
